Enjoy three specialty cheeses perfectly matched to specific wine selections, accompanied by artisanal chocolate and fresh seasonal fruit. Our team works with Cowbell PDX in SE Portland to give specific thought to pairing each wine with with that perfect cheese that highlights the notes of the wine, while at the same time bringing forth the nuance of the cheese. This is a rich experience that entices the taste buds, not to be missed.
