Vineyard Walking Tour
about the tour
Explore the beauty and history of David Hill Vineyards on a guided walking tour through our scenic estate. Stroll approximately one mile through rolling vineyards, learning about our winemaking process, sustainable practices, and the rich history of our land. Along the way, you’ll enjoy tasting our wine at carefully selected locations, experiencing the flavors of our handcrafted wines where they begin. Guests must make a reservation in advance, and we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. Please allow 60-90 minutes for the tour. For those who wish to extend their visit, an optional lunch is available at the end of the tour, perfectly paired with our wines. Please note that the tours are weather dependent. Wine and Cheese Pairing
about the pairing
Elevate your tasting experience with a thoughtfully curated cheese and wine pairing. Enjoy three specialty cheeses perfectly matched to specific wine selections, accompanied by artisanal chocolate and fresh seasonal fruit. Our team works with Cowbell PDX in SE Portland to give specific thought to pairing each wine with with that perfect cheese that highlights the notes of the wine, while at the same time bringing forth the nuance of the cheese. This is a rich experience that entices the taste buds, not to be missed. Due to the nature of this tasting, you can reserve your experience in the Farmhouse, or on the Patio only. $30 for Wine Club members $40 for Non-wine Club members This experience is on hold for the summer season.
